Pine Ridge’s Annual Community Yard Sale
Every fall, neighbors throughout Pine Ridge come together for one of our favorite community traditions—the Sunny Side Community Yard Sale. Whether you’re clearing out the garage, downsizing, or simply making room for something new, this event is a great opportunity to turn unused items into extra cash while meeting neighbors and welcoming shoppers from across Citrus County.
Registration is free, and every participant receives a Sunny Side Yard Sale Kit filled with helpful tools and resources to make the day easier and more successful.

Every registered participant in the Sunny Side Community Yard Sale receives a complimentary Sunny Side Participant Kit filled with signs, price tags, shopping bags, seller resources, and a few fun surprises.

A little preparation over the next few weeks can make your yard sale more enjoyable—and much more successful.

Start Sorting
Walk through one room or closet each day. Set aside items you no longer use or need and place them in boxes labeled “Yard Sale.”
② Organize
Clean & Organize
Wipe down items, test small electronics, and group similar things together. Clean, organized displays attract more buyers.
③ Price
Price Your Items
Price items clearly before sale day. Simple, easy-to-read tags help shoppers make quick decisions.
④ Enjoy the Day
Get Ready for Shoppers
Have plenty of change, shopping bags, and a comfortable place to sit. Smile, greet visitors, and enjoy meeting your neighbors!

One of the reasons I love sponsoring the Sunny Side Community Yard Sale is because it’s about so much more than selling things. It’s about simplifying our homes, meeting neighbors, sharing stories, and helping one another take the next step—whatever that may be.

Yes. Registered participants who choose to be included will appear on the official Sunny Side Community Yard Sale Map shared with shoppers.
Household goods, furniture, décor, clothing, tools, toys, collectibles, sporting goods, and other gently used items are all welcome. Please do not sell illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items.
I’m happy to answer questions and share ideas to help you prepare. If downsizing is part of your plan, just let me know when I deliver your Participant Kit, and I’ll bring you a FREE copy of The Sunny Side of Downsizing.
If severe weather requires any changes, updates will be posted here and shared with registered participants.
