Executive Chef Richard Wiggins began his culinary journey at just 11 years old and spent decades honing his craft with renowned hotel brands across the country. After losing everything to Hurricane Katrina, he rebuilt his career—and eventually followed his dream of creating food his way.
With the support of his wife, family, and friends, Chef Richard brought that dream to Citrus County, transforming a longtime local institution into Katch Twenty Two. Today, the restaurant reflects his love for the water and his passion for creative, beautifully prepared dishes.
